The Barking Cow started with a simple frustration: why should great food require a long drive? We opened our doors on W Elm St to bring Gaston a bakery that bakes with purpose and a pantry stocked with choices you won't find anywhere else in town.
Every loaf is mixed, shaped, and baked on-site. Every shelf is curated with the same care we'd give our own kitchen. This is the kind of place where neighbors become regulars — and regulars become family.
